No he doesn't. Tetanus shots are good for 7 years. So he is good to go and get another nail in his foot. J/K this has happened to me too! But the injection is good for 7 years so I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure that he keeps the wound clean and use antibiotic ointment. Like Neosporin on the wound. He should be ok.

No, he will be fine. Tetanus shots protect against tetanus for about seven years. He could get a local infection at the site of the puncture but not tetanus. If he gets an infection he would of course need to get antibiotics.

tetanus shots are every 7-10 years. it doesnt hurt to get another one, however insurances wont pay for it. but no they are every 7-10 yrs. and the shot that he got a few months ago actually would help protect him from this recent injury than from the crowbar accident.

No, he doesn't need another tetanus shot, he should be good with that since he just had it updated, but he might want to get his foot checked anyway. Puncture wounds can be a bad source of infection, especially from something like a dirty nail.

Ouch!! I remember that a tetanus taken once is good for six months. However you might want to just confirm by calling a professional.
Good Luck!!

The one he had a few months ago should cover it but as always keep it clean and watch the area. If anything seems out of the ordinary go to the doctor.
