No, I'm afraid there isn't. There are just too many variables that go into the physical appearance of a child.
Here is one rule of thumb though....Ugly people who are shallow enough to have their lives revolve around appearance will raise ugly children honey no matter how good looking they think they are! Ugliness is a state of mind!
