Hi! im 38wks, im dilated a little and lost my mucus plug. Im wondering if anyone successfully used nipple stimulation to induce labour and if so how did you do it and for how long? I tried it a little one day and did get contractions but they went away. also someone told me to take a bath as hot as i could stand it, does this work??

I know this doesn't go for all of them, but the African American males I've been around have only two main ambitions: to be a pro athlete or a rap star. Why not a chemist, or a stock broker, or an insurance salesman? I'm sure those exist. Why not more?

its on top of the right thigh. Little red circles/rings... but before you say ringworm:
they do not itch at all and they are not getting bigger. They pop up one at a time and then fade away. They are about the diameter of a pencil eraser. they are slightly raised (if you run your finger over them you can barely feel them)
what do you think?
