But you are correct, Clinton being a Rhodes Scholar, a liberal and almost as incompetent as Jimmy Carter (the American Author of Islamic Extremism), was the cause of the rise of terrorism.

Clinton didn't even finish the Rhodes Scholar program, Bush has a Master's Degree in Business Admin, in fact he's one of the most educated presidents we've ever had.
