Honestly he is being a guy. There is a good amount of unmarried guys that will run as soon as you get pregnant. He just doesn't want to grow up yet. You are not alone. When the baby is born ( if you keep it) take him to court!

well if he doesnt want to be with you there is nothing you can do about it men run out on women all the time pregnant or not. im sorry to hear this but if he doesnt want to be there dont try to force it it will only make things worse and harder on you.and my sons dad left me when i was 7 months not 3 wks. and no we didnt get back to gether either. but my son is 7 now and sees his dad, and i am married to a guy that cares about me and my son we share a daughter and are having another one in 8 wks. and just because he dont want to be in a relationship with you doesnt mean he doesnt want a relationship with the baby. and my oppinion a child needs both parents no matter if they are to gether or not and if he tries to be a part of the babys life you shouldnt come between that. just because he isnt with you doesnt mean he cant be a good dad

Listen very very closely. Being a single mother is not the worst thing that could happen to you. Three months ago I thought it was. Just realize the a baby is a gift and if the sperm donor doesn't want to share the gift, then you go on. Let him go, holding onto him because you love him only makes it worse. It's not fair baby, believe me I know. But what doesn't kill you makes you stronger!

Talk to him and try to make him understand the situation. Think more than thrice before sleeping with some man. If he does not understands your problem then file a case against him in the court or ask him to pay money.

Any guy who would run out on you because you're pregnant isn't worth keeping. If you decide to have the baby, that's up to you, but don't expect him to take responsibility unless you force him through legal means, and be prepared for a fight.

Why would you want to keep a man because of a child?
I have raised 2 girls on my own, no child support, No welfare.
No man.
After he saw that I could make it without him, he begged me to go back to him, we were seperated for 2 years when this happened. I never went back to him. I was much to happy just with my girls.
It has been 25 years and he still begs for me to forgive him, because he was not a good father or spouse.
Girl Power, Make it on your own, it will make you a much stronger woman and person.

firstly, 3 weeks pregnant? is it even possible to know at the stage?! if you are pregnant, then if he wants to leave, then let hm, it will be better in the long run, then making him be with someone he isnt happy with. but tell him that its his child, so if he isnt going to be there for you, then telll him he has to be there for his child. your entitled to rights. make sure he knows what responsability he has gotten now.
