As much as I loved Seinfeld, Cheers, and Frasier.... Taxi has got to be the best written sitcom in TV history. Think about who came out of that show....

A tie between "Friends" and "Frasier." Some of the best jokes and funniest one-liners can be found in these sitcoms.
I wanted to say "All In the Family," but at times it was too heavy-handed and it really began to flounder when Gloria and Meathead left, even more so when Edith was killed off.
Oh, and both are syndicated. Friends is on TBS and Frasier is on Lifetime.

In my opinion it's curb your enthusiasm its written and stars Larry David co creator of Seinfeld but it's way funnier too much swearing for kids though and still plays on HBO every night at 6:30 i never miss it i have almost peed my self on occasion laughing from it, if you've never seen it i advise you to check it out.

I loved Seinfeld and Will and Grace. They are both off the air now.
The Office is funny too, this show is still on Thursday nights.

Seinfeld is the greatest ever. I doubt anything will come close to matching it. Its on everyday every where almost 10 years later.

THE OFFICE (US Version). It is a little dry and it takes some time, but it is THE BEST show EVER!!! It is on Thursday nights on NBC. Not this week though.
