its on top of the right thigh. Little red circles/rings... but before you say ringworm:
they do not itch at all and they are not getting bigger. They pop up one at a time and then fade away. They are about the diameter of a pencil eraser. they are slightly raised (if you run your finger over them you can barely feel them)
what do you think?

okay... no they are not raised, they are flat. They are tiny (pencil eraser diameter) and perfectly circular.
like i said, they dont itch and there is only one at a time. when they fade they look like dry skin.
I was thinking either ringworm (non-itchy type, if there is such a thing) or psorisis of some sort

Ringworm is not always itchy. If I were you, I'd see the doctor. You never know, it can possibly spead to other areas of your body, or you may pass it along to another person.

It sounds very much like genital warts they come and go depending on your immune system once you get them.Put bluntly you probably had sex with a carrier it is not always in the vagina it can be all round the mid section my daughter inlaw has it .People think they are safe wearing condoms but really facts are you need barrier cream all around that area not to get infected .Please don't blame anyone for this it just happens .

In that area I'd say ring worm, get some Tinactin Cream, apply twice a day if it REAPPEARS after two days then IT is NOT ringworm!!

Sounds like, I'm prob going to spell this all wrong. Positiritis rosea. My friend had it. Its catching if people touch it. It lasts about three months and there is no treatment for it. You say they fade away but it prob leaves like a slight red/pink stain to your skin.

I am not sure especially since i havent seen them. But here a a few possibilities...a fungus ( hard to what since there are numerous types), scabies, psoriasis, or some type of bed bug.

Maybe they are ingrown hairs? Little pimples? Also if it is in a spot where you legs rub together or where your clothing rubs on it a lot it could just be irritated.
Hope you figure it out
