My aunt has starting dating her friend. They have been friends for years and years, before I was born I think. They used to date when they were in their 20s but parted as friends. They are now in their 40s.
He is a widower. His wife died 4 years ago. He is still grieving for his wife. Some things my aunt has told me about his grieving makes me worried that she is just a replacement and she is going get hurt.
Does he really love and want to be with her?

How do you negotiate a higher salary in a first interview?

I have a first interview tomorrow, and during the phone interview, I was told that the position offered a slightly lower salary than what I'm making now. I don't want to be offensive, but I don't want to leave my current job for a lower paying one even though it's a better fit (financially, I can't). Do I just suck it up and take the lower pay or are there any suggestions on how to negotiate to where I'm at?

I'm in a situation where I have been dealing with my boyfriend..?

we have been together for a year and now things are changing we use to spend every minute together..but now its different he's always on the street because he decides he wants to sell drugs so he can get me and my son nice xmas gifts..but I told him whatever his job want allow him to buy us we dont need it...he's out there in the cold standing at a gas station all night so last night I tried to break up with him..I told him either the streets or me because I am worried about him..he told me, he's going to continue to do this until a few days before christamas and Im not going no where he needs me now more than ever..What should I do?
