I am currently a sophomore in college planning to go to nursing school very soon. I know that I want a master's degree in nursing so that I can be a nurse practitioner. Should I get my BSN and work as an RN for a little while and then go for my master's? Or should I get my BSN and go straight for my MSN so that I can be a nurse practitioner right away?

I'm 27 years old. I'm 1 month+ pregnant.
Last Saturday i took the abortion pills and not knowing that i'm 1 month+ pregnant. I thought i'm 1 week pregnant. I went to the pharmacy and purchase it for a 1 week prescribtion abortion pills. After taking it, it does not give me any side effect.
So on Monday i went to see the doctor and to know that i'm 1 month plus. And now i deciding to keep the baby. And i want to know does it have side effect to the baby if i keep it. The doctor says no, because the pills prescripe for 1 week pregnancy. But i'm still curious.
This is my 2nd pregnancy. The 1st baby i abort it 5 months ago.
I want the baby, but my bf now ready for it. Tell me now ...

I've been an addict for the past four years. I've been clean since March, but i get really bad seasonal depression, and i had one slip up 2 weeks ago when it was put in front of me (i have been trying to staying away from people who use, and i have for the most part), Today i bought 3 points of gak. I quit on my own, cold turkey in March, i've never stolen anything, or lost a job to drugs. I don't look like a junkie, i have been working steadily and living on my own since i was 17 (i'm 23 now), i have always paid my bills, and i have never sold my body to get junk. Right now i have a full time job and i go to college for Graphic Design. I'm taking some coding classes (HTML) and because of my ADD, i have a really hard time focusing on coding my websites. Meth seems to be the only way that i can finish my HTML websites without getting distracted, or forgetting something and getting really confused. If anyone knows of alternative to help me concentrate i would be so grateful.

iv always wanted an ear piercing...not in my ear lobes...more like at the round upper edge of my ear...know what i mean?
well anyway...iv bought this clip-on earing from claire's...its realy cool and everything...doesnt look fake...but still -
i want a real piercing u know? my friends say it really hurts...and that the clip-on earring is way better..

About five years ago, I woke up and found that I was levitating. It did not feel like a dream, and I couldn't get down. About a week later, I woke up but I couldn't move. I looked and saw a man climb through my 8th story window. He looked like Jesus. Then he stood over my bed and held me down and laughed maniacally. Again, it did not seem like a dream. It seemed very real. Am I schizophrenic maybe? Serious answers please.

I have severe to moderate upper back and neck pain since I was in high school. I have seen a few doctors about it but all they do is give me pain pills and often see nothing wrong. I have seen a few chiropractors as well consistantly, which helps for maybe a day but when I wake up the next morning I'm in pain again. I am 23 years old and it already has progressed to a state that it will at times interfere with normal everyday activities and now it is starting to effect my shoulders (it almost feels like they are slightly out of joint and pinching a nerve and the pain just shoots down my arm). I am very petite; 5'4'' and weigh 103pds so I know it's not a weight issue and It is not caused by large breasts either. Does anyone know any doctors, exercises, or surgeries I could look into. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any advise would be greatly appreciated : )

I would like your opinion on which would be better.

1/ If I simply create an fulltextindex field called 'tags' to the rest of their details. I could then simply select any users where their keywords match those searched for.

However if I had a 100 million users you would have to do a full text search for 100
million entries.

How slow is a fullindex search if it is having to search a 100 million entries, bearing in mind it is only searching one field, and that field would be fully indexed? (only allowed ten keywords)

or

2/ I could create a table of keywords. This would contain 2 fields...

keyword | index-of-users-with-that-keyword.

when a keyword was searched it would find the keyword get the usernames and then search my other table to get the details of that user.


Basically what im asking is would suggestion number 1, take a fraction of a second to search a 100 million entries or many minutes?

We my fiance and I have temporary custody of the children she has been in jail for 1 year and now in prison why do they keep making more court dates,and is able to drag things on for over a year.Ive had the kids for 2 years. She had them taken away from the state and given to me but Im still going thru one court date after another.IM tired !!!!!!!!!!!!!
