Hell no. Actually here is the equation: World - USA = UN. Whatever resolutions UN brings where 95% of the countries agree on, US is on the opposite side, puts in a veto and blocks the work and resolutions of the UN. Case and point with Iraq, Israel....I wonder why UN exists at all. Bolton said one smart thing while he was ambassador there: UN does not exist.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Our President has called the UN "irrelevant". We invaded and occupied Iraq against the advice of the UN, and without a UN mandate. This administration has a loathing for the opinions of the rest of the world. Since the UN represents that world, they would be included in that assessment.

No the UN is a body free and slave nations that is to say dictatorships and democracy's. Whereas the USA is made up of only free citizens. Moreover, the US should leave the UN than the UN would collapse and if we are to have that type of governing body at all (I personally don't think we should) it should consist of free members without human rights abuses.

No. The rights WANTS the UN to mean USA, which is why they start slamming the organization and withholding dues whenever they don't get their way.

No. It means United Nations, and the USA doesn't seem to care much about uniting, apart from the intelligent few who agree that diplomacy is important. Not talking Bolton here, obviously.

If the UN was the USA then Iran would be under severe economic sanctions right now.

Pretty much. USA, Britain, France, China, and Russia are the "Big Five" and can veto any decision.
