I am 22 f india.

My parents and family is quite conservative. So, As soon as i finished studying, they started looking for a husband for me.

They have a few men in mind but they've not yet decided which man exactly they want me married to. That they'll decide after meeting the parents of the men.

is an arranged marriage - so I wont be able to find out how the man is or get to know hium before marriage. My parents are quite against that.

Since I'm not being given the choice, I need them to make the best choice possible. Please give me a prayer to guide them to make the right choice for me

My bf and i have been together a long while and we're even considering marriage. The one thing that is upsetting to him is my family, friends, everyone knows he and I are together and my mother loves him. His mother knows who i am but nothing of our relationship we'e too scared of what might happen to risk it or risk us being broken up. We're both committed to each other and we want this too work we talk on the phone ever day im everyday and see each other when we can. Hell our phone bills have been $700.00 bux from him and me talking on the phone for about everyday for a month straight for a minimum of 2 hours max of 4 everday we really love each other.

Hi. I'm a part-time university lecturer and have decided to switch to Mac (I've had nothing but problems with three Windows PCs this year) as I've heard that they are 'safer' and more reliable. The problem is at work all of the computers, including those in my office, are Windows XP/PC's. I was just wondering how easy is it to transfer between the two operating systems. I don't really use a lot of software apart from Word, Excel, Powerpoint and EndNote, but will need to be able to write up powerpoint lectures for instance and play them without difficulty at University. Could someone please give me some advice here? Should I try my luck with another Windows-based PC or go ahead and switch to Mac? I don't want to be in front of 150 students and unable to open up a lecture! Be grateful for some help...

I have 2 4month old kittens & trying to introduce them to a dog a (matiff) I have a large crate should I put them in there with cat liter so they can see each other?Dog just barks a little at them but when they r in the crate dog leaves them.Should I spray kittens when they growl at dog? I have been switching them around until they get use to each other any suggestion???

A farmer and his wife went to a fair. The farmer was fascinated by the airplanes and asked a pilot how much a ride would cost.

"$10 for 3 minutes," replied the pilot.

"That's too much," said the farmer.

The pilot thought for a second and then said, "I'll make you a deal. If you and your wife ride for 3 minutes without uttering a sound, the ride will be free. But if you make a sound, you'll have to pay $10."

The farmer and his wife agreed and went for a wild ride.

Right now I am considering Clemson, Winthrop and Coastal. My career objective is to be an instructor at a technical college, and possibly go on to obtain my PhD and be a professor at a University. Does anyone have any experience with these programs or have another program to suggest that I've overlooked? I want to attend full time for 2 years.

Okay, I have a an HP Photosmart digital camera and usually when I start to copy the pictures to the computer, I just stick the memory card in the slot and a pop up comes up and asks me what I want to do with them. i have. I'm a photo journalist and was driving through crowded streets to cover a shoot-out. I was supposed to drive straight 2 more blocks, but i heard somebody whispering to me i should take another street. I did it, turned out there were still shots being fired right where i was heading at.
Second time, i was driving down I-95, and the car kept steering to the left, so i drove into a strip mall parking lot to check the tires, right there and then, at the intersection i was supposed to be crossing a semi hit the 2 cars that were in front of me. i have found some white US citizen being illegal in europe, and I want report them.
not only i will report them to the police station and EU immigration office but i want be sure they dont come here anymore to steal our wellfare and i want inform the US authorities to stop giving them visa.

because apparently US people dont agree with our EU laws, so u dont have anything to do here.why dont u stay home ???

Two years ago my son, then 13, messesd up, got home drunk, was disrespectful. I ended up giving him a good spanking and he was grounded for 2 months. He turned into a great kid any parent would be proud of,.but so resentful that until today he has hardly talked to me and his mom, cause she supported me. These days I had a problem and because of my principles I had to give up some good money I was about to make and we were counting on. My wife and my 12 yo daughter got disappointed an even angry with me, cause though contrary to my principles there was nothing illegal. Bt my son understood me, even congratulated me and help me convince my wife and daughter I had done the right thing to do. I was amazed, he handled that situation better than me, showed much maturity, and convinced them I was right. I tried that could mean a new and good phase in our realtionship, but unfortunately I was wrong. He just said he had been fair, followed his conscience but nothing had changed.
