About 3 months ago my little sister came to live with me, we have the same dad but diff. moms, she has never had discipline, she's never had rules, the circumstances in which I got her are pretty terrible and things you see on tv that only happen to other people, dhs will not allow her back in the home with her parents at all, she continuosly lies to me about little stuff all the big stuff is fine it's the little stuff, like brushing her teeth, combing her hair, washing her hair, stuff like that...is this just because of what she's been through and what can I do to help....I'm just so frustrated...let me add I'm only 21 but I do have to children of my own....

I don't know if I pulled a tendon or what, all along the bicep area and into the attachment of the elbow when doing plank push ups (high to low chaturangas) during yoga. It's been about 4 months and I still can't do this move/pose without experiencing intense pain in that area when I try to put my weight on my injured arm and get down to that right angle position - so I just don't do that pose at all- there is no strength and my arm just gives out. Hopefully that makes sense?

Shouldn't it be healed by now? I heard it takes about 6 months to heal a pulled tendon, is that true? And what can I do to help the healing process?

I have a MRSA staph infection and have become very ill but my vitals are normal. I'm on Septra. I can't sleep because of this constant creepy shivering sensation and I'm becoming very depressed. Can they prescribe something powerful that would allow me to get the rest I need?

So my hair was a very dark brown and receently i put blonde underneath it, i bought the most expecsive bleaching kit and when i was done it was a orangeish so i used the left over dye to see if it would lightin up, it helped a little then yesterday i bought regular ULTRAlight blonde.
and now its a little lighter. am i ever gonna be able to accomplish the white/blonde before my hair falls out.
