so hard for my bf to believe that i really just dont want to have sex? the first thing that comes to his mind is whether or not im cheating...which i am not...

i only have sex for his benefit...i could go without it and not be hurt at all but he "needs" to have sexual contact so the fact that i never really want to have sex creates static between us...

giving/receiving oral or foreplay does not help...

what is wrong with me???

I have been dating my girlfriend for six months, I want to take things further and I'm pretty sure she does too. My husband & I adopted twins 6 years ago, when they were 7 months old.

The boy's name was Damien Kane (named after The Omen character and Cain in the Bible who commited the 1st murder).

The girl's name was Pandora (named after the Greek mythological woman who opened up the box that let out all the evils of the world).

We renamed the twins Cameron & Laura (phoenetically similar to Damien & Pandora).

Yes- Their birth parents were into evil stuff. I am a Christian.

I get criticized frequently that their names were changed. The twins like their names, know about the adoption, know about their "birth neames". We have no secrets held from them.

Did we do the right thing?

I am a Black man, but I am really tired of hearing about racism. We all have opportunities in life and shouldn't let anybody hold us back. Nobody held me back and I am living in upper middle class society. I lived during the times when their was true racism. These days we all have opportunties and it really upsets me when I see people blaming other people for their misfortune. We all just have to stop worrying about people trying to bring us down. The only people who are bringing us down our ourselves.

I used to own a Creative Zen Micro, but then it just kind of died on me and I have no reciept so my warranty is void. I am hightly against getting and iPod, and would like to know if anyone knows of any other brands that have worked well, or have good capacity or a reasonable price. Anything at all would be helpful! Unless you tell me I'm dumb and that I should just get an iPod, then I won't be too pleased.

What religion do I belong to? Say my father is a christian and mother is muslim what do I belong to? It is very obvious religion doesn't exist but that doesn't mean god doesn't exist. If I'm a true christian I wouldn't hate a muslim or have resentment on them. Jesus or Buddha never wanted to create a religion. All their teachings were valuable. Why don't we take the good teachings from religion and make use of it than being mind identified "proud" for one religion. Back to my question, if someone really wanted to know what my religion is I would say, "Muslianity". Or should I?

I am slowly day by day losing faith , I grew up in the Catholic church and have always been a somewhat religous person , I do attend on a regular basis , but I am slowly losing faith because of all the horrible things that are going on in the world today , all the violence in the middle east all the pain and suffering that human biengs are enduring in other countries like Africa , The Middle East , India just all over the world , the tragedy of 9/11 just everything !!!!! its so depressing all the horrible events that are taking place in our wonderful world today , how could a kind and loving God let these things take place I just dont understand anymore , what do you think ?

Yes, Christians as much as it pains you, humans and apes share a common ancestor...and before someone asks for the millionth time " If we evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?" please re-read my first sentence and figure it out.
Now, I think we can reconcile the idea that there might someone (or something) behind beings, humans and not, evolving and becoming what they are....but pretty much impossible to say that the Bible and Evolution can include the other...well by the simple fact that they completely contradict each other!
So, what's god without the Bible ( or any holy book)?

He is a very responsible kid. He is above average in school. He is not into drugs or alcohol. And believe me, I would know. He has an older sister who was into drugs I'd never heard of and we caught on very quickly. The friend he wants to go with is a nice kid when he comes to our house. I do know he has been in trouble in the past with drinking and the like. But he is always great when he's here. His parents are complete nut jobs and he is the most normal person in his family. Examples: The father drinks heavily, Mom does pills. They would be driving from Connecticut to New Hampshire and staying with the other boy's uncle, whom I do not know. My son and this boy did do a weekend camping in June about 20 miles away and there were no problems. Any thoughts?
