We were married for 15 days when I left India. After 3 months I called my wife abroad. While she stayed in India she lived with my mother. When she came here she started stealing small things from my uncle's house (we stay close to each other) and I caught her doing so. Then after 3 months I found out that she had stolen large amounts from my mother's and sister's house in India too. She tried to commit suicide when I scolded her once. I even got to know that she had some relationship with guys while she stayed in India after marriage. Now I have sent her back to India and am seeking divorce. The girl refuses to give me divorce. How do I get one? Can I claim damages too?How long will i have to stay in India to file for a divorce? Please if the is a professional Indian lawyer who can give me some advice.

A man was sick and tired of going to work every day
while his wife stayed at home. He wanted her to see
what he went through each day, so he prayed :-

"Dear Lord, I go to work every day and put in 8 hours
of hard work, while my wife merely stays at home. I
want her to know what I go through, so please create a
trade in our bodies". God, in His infinite wisdom,
granted the man's wish.

The next morning, sure enough, the man awoke as a
woman. He arose, cooked breakfast for his mate,
awakened the kids, set out their school clothes, fed
them breakfast, packed their lunches, drove them to
school, came home ..... picked up the dry cleaning,
took it to the cleaners and stopped at the bank to
draw money to pay the electricity and telephone bills.


He drove to the electricity company and the phone
company and paid the bills, went grocery shopping,
came home and put away the groceries. He cleaned the
cat's litter box and bathed the dog. By then it was
already 1:00 pm, so he hurried to make the beds, do
the laundry, vacuum, dust, and sweep and mop the
kitchen floor.

He rushed to the school to pick up the kids and got
into an argument with them on the way home which he
had to sort out in a gentle 'motherly' fashion. He set
out cookies and milk and got the kids organised to do
their homework, then set up the ironing board and was
able to watch a bit of TV while he did the ironing. By
then it was 4:30 pm, so he began peeling potatoes and
washed greens for salads. He prepared the chops and
fresh vegetables and got everything ready in time for
an early dinner.

After supper, he cleaned the kitchen, ran the
dishwasher, folded laundry, bathed the kids, and put
them to bed. At 9:00 pm he was exhausted and although
his chores weren't finished for the day, he went to
bed where he was expected to make love, which he
managed to get through without complaining. The next
morning he awoke and immediately knelt by the bed and
said :-

"Lord, I don't know what I was thinking. I was so
wrong to envy my wife's being able to stay home all
day. Please, O please, let us trade back!" The Lord,
in his infinite wisdom, replied, "My son, I feel you
have learned your lesson and I will be happy to change
things back to the way they were. You'll just have to
wait 9 months though, because you got pregnant last
night!!!"

he reminisces and reminisces......he is supposedely with someone,but he is very vague about it,first he'll say he is engaged,then he'll play mind games saying he never said such things.I would like to think of each other as friends....we have known each other for 13 or 14 years..we were really tight,but when he calls(i never call him),HE CONSTANTLY FLASHES BACK TO THINGS WE USED TO DO AND LITTLE THINGS HE WOULD DO THAT WOULD ANNOY ME,AND JUST BE NOSTALGIC.
WHAT COULD ALL THIS MEAN?.....I DONT GET WHY HE CALLS ME AND SAYS ALL THESE THINGS..

I haven't been able to find a description of one on the net. I haven't been able to find any articles about the achievement.

I mean, we've figured out what happened, all the way back to the big bang, and we've figured out that the cycle just repeats, right? And we've figured out how evolution works. So someone must have created a computer simulation, or at least a description of what it would be like. There must have been big news about it. It must be so cool.

would you consider it cheating if the whole time we were broken up, he was messing with her without me knowing (he told me later) and he was telling me he missed me and that he wanted to see me (i had been trying to ignore him the time we were broken up)? I have a friend that is so kind and gracious. Absolutely beautiful girl approached by nice guys all the time and never dates them. Instead she focuses on these guys that are totally "bad"! They have tattoes and the words that come out of their mouth are profane. Many have usually been to jail. In the past she has told me about how dominant they are and controlling in the bedroom. She says she love that about that them. She is totally attracted to these guys and only these guys. I could not understand it until recently she told me about her first experience and it was a violent sexual assault. To make matters worse she was a virgin. I saw the connection immediately and tried to help her see it. She told me that's the past and she is simply a good girl who likes bad guys. However, I do remember that a couple of months ago she said something about not feeling normal. I am trying to help her but now she says that's the past and she's simply submissive.
