Actually, there is a Hotel that is named after her the "Paris" hotel.
It was named after her by her friend whom is the owner of the hotel, but there is a "Hilton" hotel. The Hilton Hotels are the hotels that their family owns and runs.

First, Paris is the name of a Greek mythology hero, after whom the city of Paris was named and so it was this girl.
Second, Hilton is a family name. Paris' family owns the Hotel chain, which was named after the family's name.
