Like in Saw movies, those people who cut off their toes and feet and all, when they do that, is the pain they get painfully cold?

Hmmm, interesting question. Answer,,,, cold and hot can be the same feeling when it gets too cold or hot.... so, yes for some people that could be the case, others may feel nothing... depending on their pain level, cognitive abilities, nerve damage etc. Jibsea Rayne

No. Serious cuts and wounds burn and throb. The air that blows across the injury is cold, but the overriding feeling is burning.
