When do I need to seek medical help?

I'm 29yrs old, six months ago I was in the ER for severe pain on the right side of my abdomen.The doctor said it was a pulled muscle. I cant eat without pain in the right side, bout 1/2hr after I eat.Had an ultrasound, said it MIGHT be a duct is blocked on my gallbladder, technician said it was congenital, I had it since birth.I'm afraid it has something to do with my gallbladder, and dont have a family doctor, only a nurse practioner, any advice on what I should do? The nurse wont do anything.

What little things can I do for this secret santa thing in high school?

this year, I have to do a secret santa thing. As a high school boy I am totally oblivious as to what to do. Supposedly I have to do small things for the person I have and finally give a gift at the end of two weeks. I will get the person's locker combo (might be a guy or a girl). From there, I am not sure what to do. What little things can I do for him or her during the two weeks. Build a snowman in front of their house? Leave cookies in the locker? I need some new ideas! Thanks!

Joke!! Good or Bad?

Three men stay over at a hotel, ones a muslim, ones a Hindu and the last is an accountant. Theres only two rooms so the men flip a coin and decide that the Hindu will sleep in the barn, off he goes, five minutes later he returns objecting to sleeping in a barn with a cow. The men flip a coin again and decide the Muslim will sleep in the barn , off he goes but returns five minutes later objecting to sleeping in a barn with swine. The accountant grudgingly makes his way to the barn....five minutes later the Muslim and Hindu hear a loud knock on their doors.....they open to find a cow and a pig camped outside the door!

TATTOO advice!?

ok, im getting a tattoo on the inside of my wrist. i was wondering if anyone who has it in that spot can help me out. my veins are very visible and the skin seems to be very thin. i get very quezzy with the subject of veins and i dont wanna pass out in the tattoo parlor if the needle hits a vein. so heres my question, does the needle touch or punture the vein at all??? thanks

need reinstal printer & i lost my cd rom what are other ways 2 do this( in computer dummy language!!!! )?

i was stupid & did a full system recovery on my computer now i have 2 reinstal everything again but i lost my cd rom 4 epson printer,scanner is there a easy way i can download that or someway other i can get help understanding how 2 go about reinstaling ,also its still in my comp. but my comp. cant find it when a tried the wizard thing please some1 out there can u help a stupido!!!!!

Does anyone know the name of this old children's book?

It takes place in the future. The characters uncover a 20th-Century house and interpret the objects they find. Really, they MISINTERPRET the objects they find. That's all I remember about the story. A teacher read it to my class in the 1980's, and I remember it had wonderful illustrations.
Thanks for any ideas.
