I took my bf to my aunts this weekend for him to meet the family as well as my mother who was traveling from two hours away. Well mom showed up an hour and a half late completely drunk! I know she has a drinking problem but I was shocked to see that she'd drive that far in that state of intoxication. My aunt and I discussed it and I guess my uncle (moms brother) has known about this problem for years and doesn't want to deal with it. My grandpa went down south for the winter because he doesn't want to deal with her...and I live 6 hrs away and don't want to deal with her drinking issue either. She denies it of course. So question...do I make peace that I feel like I can't help and be like the rest of my family or should I try to get my family to help me help her?

I have about 10 tulip buds in a planter and they have sprouted, but a couple of them are drying up....they are in sunlight and watered.

i would love to see you all the time but it just can't happen & you need to be understanding of that. i also want to tell you to never lie to me...ever. It's harder to hear a lie than the truth. I am NOT saying that you lie!! i am saying please never. I have a boyfriend of over a year and before we started dating he had feelings for this other girl that i used to be good friends with... I had a ct of my abdomen/pelvis last Monday. It shows 2 main things.
1. adrenal adenoma
2. Liver lesion
I've done some research on the internet on both, but I really like to hear comments from a medical person who knows whether I should worry. The research I've done is the more like the adrenal adenoma is benign..........but what about the liver lesion??? I'm really worried. Can someone give me their opinions on these please.
