Now for the record, I love LA, have nothing agaist the Trojans, and attend Michigan State University so my team isn't even going to a bowl, my opinion is not bias, it's factual. USC plays in the Pac 10, which, on a typical year is comprable to the Big East. Beating teams like ASU and Stanford does not make you a good team. Just like beating Northwestern, MSU, and the waaaaayyy over rated Fighting Irish (Ie: Michigan) does not make you a good team. It should be clear to everyone that OSU is the best team in the nation, but at number two should be the Florida Gators. They play in this years toughest confrence, and have suffered only 1 loss, which was to Auburn, not Oregon State. They've blown out teams their supposed to, other than SC, and played well in games their barely supposed to win. Had they not fallen apart at the end of that Auburn game, they would clearly be at #2 with out contest. USC is not a bad team by any means, but they are overrated because of the hype Leinart, Bush and White have generated over the past 3 years. Kinda like Texas was overrated because of the hype over Young.

Bro. I'm going to tell you the truth USC is probably the best team in college football. After USC its LSU. The team thats over rated is those doggone Notre Dame pussycats. They win 2 games and everybody's trying to make them number 1. Of course I am a USC fan so that helps.

USC is a very good team. They better be prepared for UCLA and not be looking ahead. I went to the OSU/MICHIGAN game.
(season tix) HOLY COW what a game. One of the best I have seen since OSU/MIAMI in Jan. 2003. USC/TEX was great last year too. GO BUCKS. Also, Oklahoma/Nebraska in 1971 was great!!

yo read my last question for my answer to your question...i dont think they are overrated i just dont think they are not the second best team in the country(ok that just may be the same thing as overrated) usc lost to beavers...i mean come on BEAVERS.....this is another reason why they need a playoff so michigan can shut the haters up. usc is a good team...no wait they are a great team but not second best in the country

First off, don't get too cocky. If I was you, thank god that I am not, I'd be a little nervous if you face USC. They are very good and I am not a USC fan. Secondly, if I was the defense coordinator, Ohio State would be in some trouble.
