Is it legal in Texas for a franchise jewelry chain (ex. Friedmans Jewelry) to sale you a diamond that has been filled with out telling you? A few years ago, my boyfriend bought me a 1/2 ct. diamond ring from Friedmans and now we are trying to sale it to get a bigger and better ring but no one wants it because it has been filled. i really like this guy in ma science class. we dont really talk except if we need something in the beginning i used to think that he likes me too n i was really hapi coz he kept giving me many signs but now i dont notice that he looks at me the way h used to i feel he dosent like me now i wasnt sure if he used to like me before either i was confused but i used to like him although he is such aguy who would tell the girl that he liked her but he never told me anything like that i guess i was mistaken before that he used to like me but i still do alot but i wanna forget him now i dont noe how p.s im 15 plz help im trying ma best to forget but please suggest some tips coz he is in ma class and in front of me all the time helpp..plz answer this only if u can give good advice n not for the 2 points . im really depressed plz help me

My roomate and I fooled around, and while we were kissing and stuff he was sort of being an asshole to me...I haven't spoken to him since cause I haven't been home in a day or two and he left for Thanksgiving to go home, but it seemed like he liked me, and now I don't know if that has been ruined since we got on each other. How do I tell if he likes me like that or is just ******* around? Two blondes suddenly got into bird hunting and were eager to try it out for themselves.

They had read that a birddog is a great and useful accessory in bird hunting, so they decided to go to the pet shop and buy one. They asked for a well-trained birddog, and got one.
