Yes i do give my dog christmas presents. In fact I might get him more than one. I already got him a toy bone and pretty soon im going to get him a big real great tasting one. And then i might get him some more toys and give him a lot of love for christmas. I aalso give my dog presents every holiday. Besides this is an extra special christmas because its his first. :)

My dog has so many toys but loves presents. Soooooo I go to the bottom of the basket and re wrap the ones she has not played with and put them under the tree.
Of course she gets new treats.
She doesn't know the difference but loves the presents. She is happy and I do not have an over abundance of toys.

Rawhides, new stuffed chew toys with squeekies in them, pig ears, hooves, and tennis balls. That's usually it for under our tree. We wrap everything individually and they open it all. They also get their stockings filled with a ton of the little gourmet treats you can find at pet stores.

And actually, all the dogs in our family, mom and dad's, my brother's, my cousin's etc exchange gifts. So they all get spoiled. Sounds funny and it is. Handing out presents you'll often find gifts from Roscoe to Bailey, from Cody to Courtney, Ruby to Junior and vice versa. We're ALL dog people in my family. We're set for months every year after Christmas!

Give him a chewy toy and a dog dish he may need it. Also buy some steak he can eat plus a dog bone that fits his mouth size.
Also try teaching him new dog tricks I think its an awesome cristmas present be your best for him.

Of course I spoil my dog, he is my son. He has two large stockings that I fill with toys, bully sticks, tendons and other chews. He also gets presents like large chew toys and balls and stuff animals. In addition he gets pre made stockings from a pet boutique.

We ALWAYS get a gift for our husky dog/baby. The type of gift varies, but most of the time, we get him a new stuffed squeaky animal. He goes nuts and loves it! He wants to play right away.
