It all depends. Before you "died", were you given every opportunity to learn the truth from the Bible but rejected it? Or was there no way you could learn because you were in an extremely isolated area of the planet where no one could reach you with God's Word and showed you what it really taught?

Jehovah's Witnesses are in 235 lands world-wide. Their principle publication, The Watchtower, is printed in 140 languages. If they have not reached you yet with what the Bible teaches, they soon will.

Dear Diamondbc:

You know the expression, "All roads lead to Rome" ?

Well, "All paths lead to God." Every road we travel upon !

Everything leads to Him, for there is naught but Him!

Every religion will add a little something of value to integrate into what you have already learned. Your understanding of God simply increases. You learn to see more and more aspects of Him. You need not look for only one correct religion. Spirituality will offer wonderful books (not occult) that gather to you more insights on what soul/spirit is - the structure of the Kingdom and why it is Perfect, what truly occurred in the Great Separation, What the Father planned for our Return and why it is Guaranteed, etc.. Add those readings to your Bible learning. Ask Jesus and the Holy Spirit to Guide you to books and enlightenment beyond Bible study. They have so much to teach you - They will be delighted!

Best regards, Lana

If you are attending a baptist church, that should be the most straight up teaching of God's word.If your pastor is holding back in the pulpit. The deacons should address the problem.Cotton candy Christianity is sending good people straight to hell simply because their told wrong. One visit to my church, and you will have no more doubts about whether you're on the right track or not.

I'm a baptist, and I have turned my life over Jesus Christ.I have no more doubts.

Being baptist is not a type of religion,it's a denomination of Christianity.

well you should get out now. considere theses facts:

True Religion . . .
PRACTICES LOVE: True worshippers are “no part of the world,” are not divided by race or culture, and display ‘love among themselves.’ (John 13:35; 17:16; Acts 10:34, 35) Rather than killing one another, they are willing to die for one another.—1 John 3:16.

TRUSTS GOD’S WORD: Instead of teaching “tradition” and “commands of men as doctrines,” true religion bases its doctrine on God’s Word, the Bible. (Matthew 15:6-9) Why? Because “all Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight.”—2 Timothy 3:16.

STRENGTHENS FAMILIES AND UPHOLDS HIGH MORAL STANDARDS: True religion trains husbands to ‘love their wives as their own bodies,’ helps wives to develop ‘deep respect for their husbands,’ and teaches children to ‘be obedient to their parents.’ (Ephesians 5:28, 33; 6:1) In addition, those entrusted with positions of authority must have exemplary morals.—1 Timothy 3:1-10.

Does any religion meet these standards? The book Holocaust Politics, published in 2001, says: “If more people practiced versions of what the Jehovah’s Witnesses preach and practice, the Holocaust could have been prevented and genocide would scourge the world no more.”

Indeed, in 235 lands, Jehovah’s Witnesses do not just preach the Bible’s moral standards—they live by them. We urge you to ask Jehovah’s Witnesses to help you learn what God requires of you so that you can worship him acceptably. Now is the time to act. Do not delay. The end of false religion is near!—Zephaniah 2:2, 3.

false relgion mettles in war, crime, and politics. are you in a false religion? If so, remember revelation 18:4

good luck

GOD is to big to be in only one place and there are many paths and ways to get to ones destination as one can walk, ride a bike, a motorcycle, take a train, a bus, a plane, a taxi and still arrive at the destination. getting there is the important thing not how. The only difference between one Religion and another is the NAME they refer to GOD by along with the Rituals and Ceremonies they use to Adore, Worship, Thank, Pray and Petition, Honor, Etc. Etc.

Absolutely nothing. Do you think that God is so evil to punish you because you were born into the wrong religion? I'm flabbercafoundezzeld that people actually belive that God is so evil to send you to eternal damnation for this. What matters most is the way you live your life and the kind deeds that you do for fellow human beings and nature.

Even if you do not live a proper life, you will not be cast into the fire with demons, your God loves you too much. You'd be born again and again and again until you learn your lesson and live the life that God expects you to.

It appears that your Baptist Church really let you down, or you just were not listening. I find it difficult to believe that you attended a Christian Church, and nothing (apparently) was absorbed. It seems like the bare basics didn't get through to you.

In the first place, it is Faith in Christ Jesus as the True Son of God needs to be understood and Believed. And you need to understand that He died on the Cross for your and everyone else's sins. And that you need to witness before others of your Faith in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. One form of witness is to be baptised and acknowledge God before others.

So: You need to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, and to bear witness to that before others. Please do no sit there "wondering" if you are down the right path. Apparently, you are just confused, floundering about with no direction. Perhaps you are a bit like Paul, who ignored God until a bolt of lightening blinded him into "seeing the Light" of God. Hopefully, God will not need to go to such measures with you. Perhaps a little tap on the shoulder is all you need.

I will pray for you that your eyes be opened, and your heart be willing to finally received the messages that God has been sending to you through the Holy Spirit: That HE loves you, and that thru Grace, (not works!) you are saved. Please look to finding another Christian Church, one that is very Holy Spirit driven, that will get the message to you, that you are seeking the Truth, which is in our Lord Christ Jesus.

"And on that day, many will come to me and say but didn't I do this in your name and didn't I do that in your name , and I will say Away from me you evil doers because I do not know you" This bit of scripture I would say means you should study like there is no tomorrow on which religion is the right one. Start with the early Church Fathers. Or just become a Catholic.

What you should do is seek the will of God for your life. If you have an ongoing relationship with the living God, he will provide guidance and any necessary correction if you submit to those things.

God is the searcher of your heart. He is not concerned with legalistic issues, so far as I understand him. If you love God with all your heart, seek his will for your life regularly in prayer and meditation, and give your life to him so that he may transform you in his Son's image, that is what is required...and it is enough. (It is giant, and enough.) If it turns out that your worship or observation of holidays or interpretation of doctrine or something else was/is a little "off," this will be of less concern to God than your the earnest and humble orientation of your heart toward him. God wants your whole heart and your whole life. If you give these things to him, you cannot go wrong.
