As a soccer fan and analyst, I doubt they will win it despite leading the table symply because I think they don't have enough players to compete until the next round which is the most crucial one. Many teams slipping today will just bounce back and that will give no chance to any team including both M U and Chelsea.

Everyone was talking bad about this person ,including me.But I really care about this person and value their company.So I was feeling bad about gossiping and talking about them and I told the what I did.I didn't tell them any details,or whom I was talking about them with,I only said what I did and that I felt bad and wasn't gonna do it again.Now everyone else in the "circle" is acting like I did something wrong by doing this.Everyone is avoiding conversation with me....Why?...What did I do wrong?.............................I didnt rat on anyone but myself.

An American gets on a plane and finds himself seated next to an Indian. He immediately turns to him and makes his move.

"You know," says the American, "I've heard that flights will go quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellow passenger. So let's talk."

The Indian, who had just opened his book, closes it slowly and says to the American guy, "What would you like to discuss?"

"Oh, I don't know," says the guy, smiling. "How about nuclear power?"

"OK," says the Indian. "That could be an interesting topic. But let me ask you a question first. A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat the same stuff, grass. Yet the deer excretes little pellets, the cow turns out a flat patty, and
the horse produces muffins of dried poop.
Why do you suppose that is?"

The American guy is dumbfounded.

Finally he replies, "I haven't the slightest idea."

"So tell me," says the Indian, "How is it that you feel qualified to discuss nuclear power when you don't know sh it?"

Personally I dont think it is a coincidence, I think its God's blessing. Perhaps the Christians you curse are the ones who help bring that blessing into all of your homes. If you have an "OPEN MIND" you must accept that as a possiblity, even a samll one. The closed mind is convinced it is always right. Thats my thought and I am entitled to that opinion, I remind you.

As you all entitled to yours, and I'd like to hear any thoughts on the matter....they WILL be received with an open mind.

An embarrassing experience
The most embarrassing experience to me is that I went out for dinner without taking money. One day, I had a dinner with a man. I was dressed up for the date and yet I didn't take any money. We really had a good time. Unfortunately, he got a emergency call and he left as soon as I response. After he left, I realized I had no money to pay for the bill and it hardly to sit there one more minute. Finally I called my father for help and ever since then I always carry money with me.

On YA! tonight I've seen and given answers to a lot of questions on race, and I've seen a lot of nastiness from every group towards each other. Is there any way we can ever have (especially black and white Americans) an honest and constructive discussion on the subject of race? I have to think that this has been tried before by smarter people than me, but I don't know. I would like to think that most questions on this website represent rather extreme viewpoints, but I just don't know anymore. Please, thoughtful answers only. And let me add I don't mean to ask black and white people exclusively- anybody, everybody, chime in- just lets all be prepared to listen.........

For all other ethnicities/races, there are words that don't imply having American citizenship (Asian, Arab, Hispanic, Latino, etc.). But when it comes to black people, there's no word. On TV you always hear them address the "Hispanic community," the "Asian community" - and that includes U.S. citizens (i.e. Americans), U.S. residents and others. But if you're black but don't have citizenship (eg. a first generation immigrant from Nigeria), it's like you don't exist, since you're not included when they talk about African-Americans.

I just started on a different shift im working 1 pm till 9 pm and i really dont care for it. it feels like im just wasting my life i dont get the evening off. whe i get home its dark and every one is going to bed and there is nothing to do and i get lonely. i know i will get on the night shift or morning shift eventually but im just wondering if any one else knows what im talking about with working the after noon shift?
