ALRIGHT! This pretty much will only happen in the winter...
Whenever I go somewhere indoors and it is warm because the heat is on or there are alot of people causing heat build up, my ears, face, and neck will get beat red and burn. It's very embarrasing. It usually won't stop until it cools off in the room or until I go outside for awhile. The problems worses when I drink alcohol, but I know I'm not allergic to alcohol or anything because when I drink in the summer, everythings fine! It's only the winter. It's almost like I'm over sensitive to heating indoors. What could this be??? I'll be amazed if I can get some answers!

A Marine was deployed to Afghanistan. While he was there he received a letter from his girlfriend. In the letter she explained that she had dated two guys while he had been gone and she wanted to break up with him. AND, she wanted pictures of herself back.

So the Marine did what any squared-away Marine would do. He went around to his buddies and collected all the unwanted photos of women that he could find. He then mailed about 25 pictures of women (with clothes and without) to his girlfriend with the following note:

"I don't remember which one you are. Please remove your pictures and send the rest back."

I am admittedly old fashion, but it seems to be that by leaving the caring for their home and raising of their children as their first priority behind in the pursuit jobs and careers they have hurt the core of the American family. When did caring for the home and raising children become anything less than the most noble and important job on earth? I understand there is a lot more to it than what I stated above. I am open minded and genuinely want to hear opposing opinions. I have some mixed feelings myself.

BTW: I am happily marred with kids. My wife is my equal. She is a stay at home mom. I know we are lucky we can do that. My wife has as much control over what I do as I do over what she does.

We have been together for 2 years, the first year, he bought me presents for my birthday, and christmas, and flowers for valentines day, the second year, nada. I purchased him presents for each of these holidays, which he gladly accepted, but he did not get me anything in return... He gave me a heart pendant last christmas which I tactfully told him I did not like... and he told me he would never buy me anything again, but he is legitimately doing it, should i just stop buying things for him... I work for a Non-Profit in North Carolina. I am an hourly paid employee with no benefits other than occasional overtime. This year we held an event that was out of town. I was required to drive 4.30 one way to work the event and the same time to drive back for a total of 9 hours spent traveling. My employer called me on my way home to tell me the office would be closed the next day and it was an mandatory non-paid day off. I had planned to work the next day and was shocked at the new information. When I returned to work I read in the policy that the day was in fact optional and I could have work but my employer refused to pay me for the day off...so I lost $120.00. The same day my employeer refused to pay me for the time spent on travel but stated he would reimburse mileage. He later came back and said since he was mistaken about the day off he would leave my time as it was and just call it an even wash. I disagreed because I still lost money.
