A black man who drowns his kids in a bathtub and is arrested and is given capitol punishment defends himself as legally insane (like Andrea Yates) the crime happened in the same way that Yates did it. he says since Andrea Yates did the exact same thing and got off, he should be given life in prison. Should they still execute him? he claims he is a born again christian.
A. they should execute him still.
B. they should lock him up and throw away the key.
C. they should declare him legally insane the way they did Andrea Yates.
i wont grade the scores. ill let the people decide on that.

wow what a life you must have...lets ee I would thouroughlyb search the last white crazy looking woman more because she looks a bit deranged, I wouldnt search the muslim girls more because by statistics they are least likely to commit a crime, the secoond one I would search the question the last people first becuase obviously impresiions count and you willl naturally see them as being the ones to commit a crime, that doesnt make me anything its just the way life is

As for the first two, I would like to think that it would be D. But I think it's hard to acknowledge your own prejudice using a hypothetical. When it comes down to it, I don't think any of us can say for sure until we are in the moment. As for the last one, I don't necessarily buy the insanity defense for either situation. Ideally the consequences would be the same for both people, but it's not likely that it would actually turn out that way in real life.

I would do everything equally. It is sad when our officials use racial profiling to pick and choose who they think are criminals and wrongdoers.
