so that the kids cannot be influenced by it [ pathetic] but booze adverts are the order of the day. Booze ads always show people enjoying themselves and displays no aggression whatsoever, that is misleading is it not.?

Non-smoker employees are encouraged to report colleagues who smoke to the counselors, so that the counselors can keep an accurate count of smokers in the organization. The company is trying to ensure the long-term health of its employees, but has it gone too far? Does an organization have the right to try to shape its employees' behaviors in this way?

I bought my house back in May and didn't realise how terrible my neighbours were going to be. They have three kids who go away to their dads at the weekend while they party! Last weekend they started the music at 2.10am and it didn't finish until 10.35am. We did ask them to turn it down but they didn't listen. We then called the police at about 4am and after they came round they didn't change anything but started making threats through the letterbox. Since then, they play music every saturday night and it is really stressing me out and making me ill.

I would play fire with fire and play my music loud but I don't want to upset my neighbour on the other side or risk the chance of threats getting worse.

Does anyone have any advice?
