Need an example for a Motion to reinstate case for a chapter 7 bankruptcy case that I am helping my son-in-law file. We missed the deadline for filing the credit counseling report with the court. When I explained to the help desk that we were in the process of getting the counseling, but that it would not get to the Bankruptcy Court until after the deadline, she stated to "just get it here asap." This I did, but now the Judge has dismissed the case. I am trying to reinstate it and send the credit couseling certificate again to the court. Thank you for any help, stephanie

I think he does, regardless of his health. There are a lot of people who feign illness to avoid prison. This guy killed 10 people and was convicted of doing so. How can you get probation when you kill 10 people and injure many others? He may be a small burden on the taxpayers in prison but what kind of prescedent are we setting?

"LOS ANGELES (AP) -- An elderly man who killed 10 people and injured more than 70 others when he drove through an outdoor farmers market was sentenced Monday to probation by a judge who said he believed the crime deserved imprisonment but the defendant was too ill.
George Russell Weller, 89, was convicted Oct. 20 of 10 counts of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence in a case that ignited debate over the licensing of elderly drivers. Weller, confined to a sickbed, was not present.

A docter and a lawyer are talking at a party. Suddenly, their conversation is interupted by some guy. He asks the docter about his illness and the docter advizes him new medication. When the guy finally leaves, the docter asks the lawyer, being a little annoyed with the situation, whether he doesn't get bothered at parties by people who want legal advice. "They never bother me twice, I just send them a bill the next morning" the lawyes replies.

The docter, impressed with the answer, asks his secretary the next morning to write a $50bill to the guy from the party. "Right away" his secretary replies "oh and this came in this morning: a $100 bill from some lawyer..."

My toy poodle began vomiting up everything he ate, soon after he swallowed any food or water. I brought him to the vet for an x-ray and many other tests and they were negative. He did not have a movement for 5 days, and then slowly began digesting things again. He definitely chews his fur on occasion, but I was told it could not be a hairball. How do I stop him from eating his fur? And would a hairball remedy help him in the future, should this happen again. He is occasionally vomiting now, and there is always a small chunk of hair in his vomit. Hope someone can give me some good advice

My neighbor just cut the leafy stalks of his irises down to about 6 inches. I've never had irises before, they came with the house. I don't even know what kind they are because I've never seen them bloom. Should I be cutting these things down or leaving them alone?

I have already taken a pregnancy test and it came out negative-(it was a clear blue)- but i've heard they dont work that well. I can't say that i have many symptoms just a late period. When i spoke to about this previously, he said stress with cause your period to be delayed-and try to relax.
Now i have tried to forget about it, hoping to see "red" this month but so far no luck. Its about 2 weeks late.
The only reason i worry is because when we had sex, we did use a condom, but then he removed it (he hadnt finished). He only "thrusted" a couple of times, when i told him to stop because i knew the risks.
I have been feeling naucious (sp) but i havent actually thrown up. I am nervous and i have a doc appointment tomorrow, but it's bothering me to not know. Any ideas, thoughts, or opinions? Please don't be rude, ive had enough of that.

She stoped smoking with the help of the patch, everything is fine, the only thing she hates that if she eats, not right away, but she needs to go to the restroom. This only happend after she stop smoking. Is this normal, does it have to do with stop smoking?
