It comes out in the U.K sometime at the begining of december, and I was thinking of getting one, I used to love Zelda, fighting games, Mario and some other titles that I think would work well with that new style controler, I was just wondering how good it is?

Buy a set of drums instead, girls want to see man play rock and roll, not nerd play video game.

I had the opportunity to play the Wii in a local mall and it is a very enjoyable system. The graphics are a step up from the gamecube but a step down from the other two next-gen systems. The gameplay is fun and seems to keep people young and old intrigued. Its very low price is also very appealing. I had a chance to play Zelda and the new controller gives all the games a whole new aspect. So I would definitely recommend it.

Definately. I never had a chance to play Wii until yesterday, and yet I am completly hooked. Zelda is beautiful with the controls and Wii Sports works you up quite a bit, especially Boxing! I'm still sore from all the punches I threw!

Well since you like zelda and stuff i would probaly get a wii if i were you. I mean they do look like great fun!! but tbh i would rather get a playstation 3 due to lots of reasons but mostly because i prefer playstation to nintendo and the games on playstation are more for me.

well i was going to get one but i already have an xbox 360. (last time i bought gamecube, i already had regular xbox and never played gamecube) so i was not interested in it. BUT my cousin grew up with ses and super nintendo so he loves it because of all the old game downloads. so if you are a fan of old zelda and mario go for it!

I actually got one here in the US. It'll take the game cube games, you can use the older controler too. Go for it!

If I had the money, I'd already have one. Motion-sensitive controllers, that's all I gotta say.
