And I was really good. I elevated 14.5 inches (as if I was packing someone, so my legs were straight), made a lot of shots, ran pretty fast, and even played one of the officials one on one and got graded an "A" in offense and "A" in defense.
However, my question is that even though I'm really good at basketball, I want to become quicker in it, but at the same time, stronger. I'm a 13 year old, 5'8.5", 134 lbs, male. So my question is, are there any weight lifting techniques that make me quicker AND have muscle? Just look at an NBA player for example. They are not bulked but are lean and quick. I would GREATLY appreciate it if someone can help me.
