hi - Guess what? You are not alone. There are heaps of us out here just like you.

It is really important that you go to your doctor and let your GP know what is happening. This is not a new condition but it is only just starting to be understood.

I have suffered from it for years and my hubby had to develop really tough skin BUT now my GP has put me on a low dose of medication and I feel GREAT! My pms is still there but no-where near as bad as it was.

Good luck

1. Start keeping track of when you begin your period every month. Then flag the week before that on your calendar.
2. Make a list of all the types of situation in which your PMS is affecting your judgment and reactions. Include time of day, if possible.
3. Watch what you eat. For some women caffeine, salt, and fatty foods make their PMS worse. For others it is a comfort.

If you do these things you are arming yourself with self-knowledge... sometimes fore-warned is fore-armed.

The solution to your problem may only come with time, but for the most part, I believe it is up to you do make note of when you have your period (I'm sure he does) and remember PMS will come -at the most- 10 days prior to your period.

There is not much you can do to change you feeling, however. With that in mind, if I were you, I wouldn't even worry about it.

Hope this answers your question!

Something that really helped me with PMS is taking Calcium and Magnesium supplements. Also eat more yogurt, try to have some every day. By the time your period comes next time, if you've been doing this, you may hardly notice your symptoms!
