I remember spilling cream in a shop once and my step nan yelled at me and called me names I was 11. we got back to her house and she made me do the dishes, but still kept calling me an idiot etc.. My step pop yelled at her, and sid it was an accident and told me I was a good girl.. I felt really good he said that because I was really down at the time..What about you?

to keep myself from wondering off too far im trying to focus my collection on silver dollars, i.e., morgan dollars. peace dollars, silver eagle dollars. I prefer to collect certified dollars because they are easier to store for me. which is more of a better investment to focus on?

I've been getting to know this girl at college pretty well. We've been hanging out on and off campus. A few weeks ago she asked me to hang out with her. I said yes and we watched a movie and had dinner at in and out after that hehe. Recently, i was the one who asked her if she wanted to hang out . She said sure and we went out this past friday. She lives a couple blocks away from me so i just picked her up and we walked from there. All i did was take her to dinner at a bakery. On the same night when i walked her home, her mother invited me to come in. I stayed at her place for maybe an hour or a little more. So yea, right now i have so much feelings for her. I think about her alot but at this moment, even after all that we have done together, i still can't call it a relationship. I've been working on trying to tell her but i just can't. I've never had a girlfriend before so maybe thats whats causing me to so insecure. I'm afraid of getting the answer that i dont want to hear... help!

my relationship has been over for 18months, I'm too soft to leave My son nearly 19 has threatened to leave cos of attmosphere. daughter has overdosed on pills twice. I know I have got to get out, but only wk part time and cant aford private rent. Husband drinks has been rough in bed when drunk. I did have relation with someone else, more of a companion. Husand found out and chased me with a knife, now neither of us trust each other I cant chuck him out of council flat he has no where to go but neither do I. I dont know what to do. I did leave once last year but came back couldnt live with mum and he overdosed said couldnt live without me and kids did give up drink for 10mths but is back on it.

so really heres the deal, i have my nose pierced about 5/6 weeks now. on the inside is the dreading lump (its like a kinda bubble).
I currently have a stud in with a ball on the end and the end barely goes throigh the bump inside. ive been cleanind it with dettol, nothings helping. its kinda sore but only if i like scrunch up my nose or knock it by accident. any advice wud be appreciated a slong as it isnt something like "god gave u all the holes u needed, y put more in urself" or sumthing like that. thank you xx

I'm not gay, but I have several gay friends. They all claim that that is just how they are - that it is genetic. They find it rediculous that republicans discriminate against gays and won't even allow them basic rights.

Do republicans not understand that someone might be different than themselves??

Most of us have heard the 5% estimate for the proportion of LGBT people in the total population, but where does it come from? How can one measure this if a lot of people are in the closet? Many would not answer such a question if asked. Are there any other estimates? I heard that the religious right usually says 0.01% and Kinsey estimated much higher than 10%. I'm really curious about how to come up with a credible estimate.

I'm in highschool and I like to play football and basketball and a few weeks ago I got a small cut on the bottom of my cheek near my jawline about 1/4 inch long. It has since closed up and is a pale white-colored scar that sort of stands out on my cocoa-colored skin. I'm kinda shy around girls so I can't really ask for their opinion about the scar. Occasionally a girl tells me I'm cute but I don't really know if they mean it...So I'm asking the ladies on here..would you be turned away by the scar on my cheek or scars in general?

Well I have 3 dogs and 1 cat.I tryed to tell my mom that my cat mite need a kitten friend to play with when we are out shoping.I wanted a new kitten sense early August.My mom said no,but if I got one and took it home she what forget about the answer no.I have been saying to her all the positive things about getting a kitten but she still says no.My aunt just got 2 new kittens and let me tell you that makes me want a kitten more each day!Should I have a long talk to her about getting one or just sneak one in and why?Also is it better to own 2 kittens then just 1?Thanx!

Cadesmom, I was really moved by the answer you gave about your best every xmas present. Mine was my daughter going into a re-hab and getting sober. But a lot of people try to close them down saying that only, something like 5% are helped. Well even one person like you, or my daughter, is worth keeping them open. What do other's think.
