You need around 60 - 70 % carbs, 15 - 20 % protein and 15 - 20 % fat (mono and poly-saturated). You should also have a variety of food, primarily fruit, vegetables and grains to provide your body with a range of vitamins, minerals and fitochemicals. At the bare minimum, water and a source of Vitamins B and C. These are not stored in the body and need to be replenished daily.

Water and some type of complex carbo like fruits and vegitables. Yous should also take a multi vitamin. This is the minimum.

i dont know all i know is the label of the product once it have a less calories i ate it....or you can eat a fruit all day long
