Hi,
I have a REALLY sore throat from a head cold and I was wondering if there was ACTUAL medicine you can buy from a store to get rid of it?
I'm on suphedrine for drainage and now I'm wanting something for sore throat and possibly for that cloggy feeling in the ears?

I'm considering joining my high schools debate team, partly because I'm fairly good at arguing and like to be able to argue something without getting in trouble, and also because it would look good on a college application, hehe. I have a Hoover vacumm (model TW 1750)cleaner and last\week afrter pulling the cord out and using the cleaner , the cord will notrewind back.
Its somehow got stuck. the button appears to be OK. any suggestions how to fix it.
mind you its very difficult to open any part of the vaccumm cleaner.

he was always loved and looked after, but i must admit him and his mother had a cold relationship, but with her other 3 she was warmer and more loving,
he went to scotland to live with his father and join his business when he was 16 but he basically cocked things up up there and came back down to kent just after 18th birthday, without finishing his apprentiship and no real job prospects. since living back here i took him in as he was causing too much trouble with his mum. with me he worked for a few weeks then gave up, even though i know now his job was there as long as he was willing to work. he run up a bill on my phone calling mobiles, even though i had asked him not to use it for that. (my own two kids dont). because he didnt work he didnt pay me any keep. he wouldnt look for a job, even though local supermarket was empoying. he has just been kicked out of his digs and has used too many ppl so no one wants to help. more has happened but pls what can i do to change his ways

i just think there really cute and have good voices if only we could hear them properly through simons nasty comments. i dont care what anyone says but simon has gone below the belt ripping into the macdonalds. they have to stand there evry week taking the slagging , but if anyone talked to leona like that simon would kick off murder. im sure that must break his mums heart sitting there and week after week listening to simon taking digs at her sons. and by the way its not just scotland voting for them , im from liverpool and they rock my world

This is for the Atheists only and should not be of any interest to anyone else.
I have currently started an atheist group in my community. I just wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions. I need ideas for getting the word out, I have not really done to much so far and the group is pretty small. Is this something any of you would even be interested in or have time for. I just want it to be a place for local atheists to go to meet people and have a good time, meet new people and network Offer support and do good things for the community. Basically take the good things that church does but with absolutely NO SPITITUALAITY WHAT SO EVER. Also NO corruption or child molestationLOL. Anyway just wanted some suggestions and help. I have been to a few different countries in my life for vactions or what ever and NEVER once did I hear anyone say to me, "If your gonna be in my country you better learn the language or go home". Are we the only nation that does this? Are we so concerned with a complete strangers conversation that we choose to take our nosieness that far? By the way those that think peopel speaking another language are talking about them,arent, they dont care about you.

I have always believed in God. I will always believe in God. I want to try to go to church. But I had a bad experience at the last church I attended. A lot of the sermons really angered me, and I didn't believe them. Also I tried reading the Bible, but it bored me (sorry if that offends anyone, but I have to be blunt).

I want God to have a greater presence in my life. I believe in Jesus. I would even call myself a Christian. But do I have any right to align myself as a Christian if I said such a thing about the Bible? How can God become a bigger part of my life?
