To people who are or where in abusive relationships....?

I want your stories!!! I need more information, to help me better understand these women (& 1 man) in my family who are staying with there abusiers. They come to me & ask for help leaving. I have given money & shelter to these people. No abusier is coming onto my property.
But they always go back (URRRGG!!!!) It's like running back into a burning building!!! I just don't under stand.

Why do you (or did you) stay? Do you have children with you abuser, If you left what was your breaking point & how did you get out?

Why do people on food stamps (EBT) buy steak with it and drive nice (leased) cars?

Is it psychological? Are they ashamed of being poor, or are they just too ignorant to manage money properly? I work at a grocery store and I see people with EBT buy steak, bulk candy, and expensive soda then pull out their RAZRs.

Breastfeeding question?

California Child Visitation and Father's time spend?
Hi everyone, my baby girl is 7 months old and she is strictly on breastmilk. She has started on solides (baby cerals/veggies/fruits), what her peditrician has said. However she doesn't know like formula. She likes the real stuff. (breastmilk) She will not take a bottle as well. Point being is, we are in the court process of child custody & visitation. Overnight stays are not feesible with the father, due to breastfeeding. I am not going to give my daughter she doesn't want and not going to make a fast transition if she isn't ready. She'll be ready when she is ready. Generally, can the courts rule that she is with him for a certain amount of time due to breastfeeding.

***I do know a friend of mine who got her baby's father to only spend 2 hrs with his son because he was being breastfeed.***THIS IS ALL IN CALIFORNIA***

my husband attracted to me?

I am 15 years younger than him, I'm 20, he's 35. We've been married for 3 years, and we are very happy and in love and enjoy each other's company. My husband works alot though, and even when he comes home he is still on his lap top, and making phone calls, sometimes until 10:00. I think i'm attractive, i don't have that many issues with my body, i work out 5 days/week, lift weights, have done competitive sports for years (it was at one of these races that we met at) I'm not overweight or anything. I know that he likes muscular butts, but, he always says that i have such a nice one, i don't know, he just hasn't seemed attracted at all over the last year i guess. i do have small boobs, and that is one thing that i'm self concious about, he says he doesn't mind though. but, i don't know. like tonight, i shaved everywhere down there, and i'm usually just trimmed, i put peppermint lotion on and was walking around naked, and not so much as a glance. makes me feel awful, whats up?

Will someone explain MySpace to me?

I undestand the concept of having friends, networking, messaging, pics, so on and so forth. When you add a musician, though... a "famous person", if you will - do they actually go through and add everone personally, or is it an automatic thing? A somewhat well-known musician requested me as a friend recently, and I'm just curious if he actually saw my name and decided to add me, or if it was an automatic response to something I did on MySpace. All you MySpace junkies... speak! :)
