Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy. Just tell him that you aren't interested in dating but friends don't have to be the best looking people. I am sure you have some female friends that it looks like the ugly truck hit them and then put it in reverse so you can always use another friend. }:-)

come right out and tell him your not interested in him you want to stay just friends because if it doesnt work out then you'll not only loose him but your friendship.
