okay.. so i'm an asian with dark brown hair.. pale skin and brown eyes.. i didn't want brown, hazel, and blue contacts because i've seen too many asians wear these colors.. i want something different.. so my eye doctor recommended turquoise.. however i have my doubts whether it'll look good on me.. i originally wanted green contacts but he said because my eyes are dark brown it's not going to show.. what do you think? what colors beside hazel, honey, and blue would look good on asians?

Alright so here is the deal.....I take acting classes and I have a crying scene I have to do in the play on Friday and I do it pretty well but I'd like to do it better. I met this girl in a chatroom and we became friends almost instantly. She's a very nice girl and we share a lot in common in terms of our anxiety and depression. Today we were chatting online and she started really getting upset. She's in college and she always has a lot of schoolwork. I called her (I live in Philly, she lives in Seattle) and she was bawling telling me how nobody cares about her and even her family doesn't care about her and she doesn't know what's wrong and she doesn't know how to fix it. I tried really hard to calm her down and try to make her think positive and I told her she needs to relax once in a while and not overwork herself, but she says if she does that she will fall behind and feel even worse. I really wish I could just fly over there and just be there for her because it appears I'm the only person she can count on. She goes to a therapist but she tells me she doesn't help out. What can I do to keep her from getting this upset? Its killing me.

Someone today said I am consuming too few calories. Since I am on a diet, I figured I had to cut back and on a typical day I ate like 1200 anyway. I am 5'4, weigh 134lbs and want to lose 15lbs by the end of December. I am eating really healthy balanced organic meals, mostly fruit, vegetables and lean meat. I exercise one hour of cardio a day, 5 times a week and do strengh training one hour a day 3 times a week. For those of you who know about this stuff, does this sound like a good plan to attain my goal?
