Nah they can't, their players are dropping like flies. Depressed before they've even started playing!

The reason English cricketers get depression is because, unlike the Aussies, they have a brain to get depressed with.
Two big points..first, the ashes are actually England's at the moment because we stuffed your aging bunch of bad losers two years ago. Maybe you conveniently forgot that??! LOL!!
Second... our squad is full of young players you've never played against before and know nothing about. Jimmy Cook is a batting legend in waiting, Monty Panesar is a national hero, and Ed Joyce is in much better forn than Trescothick has been in the last couple of years. . Meanwhile, you have...errr..the same old faces who are edging ever nearer to retirement. Does fatboy Warnie use a stick for his run up yet?

I dont think England can beat the Australia and win retain the ashes.
