I have tons of education (2 masters degrees, and I am almost finished with a PhD)--I could work or teach in most any country in the world. The difficult part is finding a work visa in another country--just like immigrants coming here to the USA.

Can't we just work out a trade of some sort?

Quite a few times on web chats, I have seen folks go off on a tangent about how unbelievable a story is and how it doesn't make any sense or is completely impractical.

Have people forgotten how to identify a metaphor? Are people so angry inside that they can't take something good from a legend if they can't prove it to be a scientific fact?

I don't understand people who feel the need to "prove" the bible... does your faith require that?
I also don't understand people that laugh at the Greek myths and call it a "fake" religion because they can't just appreciate the metaphors and moral points.

Enlighten me. What do you require from a story in order to appreciate it?

Look at the mess we are in at this time! Gas prices skyrocketed since Bush took over! Even though we invaded Iraq for the PURPOSE of oil and yet the price of oil still went up!!!!! Then you have all the mess going on in Iraq that now it's obvious we're losing the war and everyday at least one of US soldiers die along with innocent civilians in Iraq. So did Saddam did such a poor job running his own country???

I just got a puppy 10 weeks old and she is going really well on the puppy pads and sometimes other places, but It is Nov and really cold so I am hesitant to want to take her outside and I am afraid she may get too cold expecially at night.

I am in 11th grade, but I will be 18 next week ( I should be in 12th grade but I had to repeat 1st grade ten years ago ). Anyway, either way I am in in high school.

I am usually a straight A student or I get close to straight A's. But this year my grades are not as good. I am getting B's and C's and few A's.
I have had a really bad start. My teachers hate me because I have been missing A LOT of school. But that was because I was sick more this year and I am going to be out now because of my grandmother's death. I am completely upset about my grandma because we were very close and already my school does not understand. Tomorrow, I have to see my grandma dead. My mother asked for my school work but they would not give it to her ( but that is because I have not missed 3 days yet in a row so they might tomorrow. )

Anyway, I just want to start all over. At my current school I am shy and I have hardly any friends. I want to have more friends, miss no school, & get better grades.

I started by using the ratio test, but reached a dead end:

I know after the ratio test I must find the limit, and then evaluate endpoints for convergence/divergence. But I am stuck with how to find the limit as n --> ∞ of |x| lim (1/n+1)(n+n+1)^n.
Do I have to use L'Hopital's Rule since I get (∞/∞)^∞? Or does the limit = 0 because of 1/n+1? Or is it neither? I am totally confused and lost o_O.

We have an exam Friday, and having good work on HW problems will help for studying.
