Alright... I took my friends computer in to format and reinstall windows. After installing everything, i had to setup outlook for him. He has a Road Runner Account (Houston). I have a DSL account from SBC yahoo (AT&T). I have setup outlook PERFECTLY! with the exact settings. I am able to send emails BUT not receive them. After much research, i suspect that Road Runner blocks email requests (even though its a RR account) if generated from a different ISP user. like me (who uses SBC YAHOO dsl) trying to setup a road runner account.

Please tell me if this is possible, or am i making a mistake in the settings. If im not then i can just give the computer to him and it will run fine. If i am making a mistake.. help...

on a noise complaint, what do they tell the guy? I have really annoying neighbours with a bad a** sound system and all I hear is bass coming thru my wall. I went over there 6 or 7 times and politely asked them to turn it down but they didn't get the point, so then I called the landlady which worked for 2 weeks and they were back at it, so the other night I called the cops. Of course I couldn't stand there and listen to what he told them so I was wondering what he said to them. My fear is that he told them what hours it is acceptable to be annoying and as a result they will take advantage knowing I can't call the cops. Anybody know what the standard noise complaint procedure is? Also what happens if I have to call the cops a second or third time?

I am current taking a science class for elementary education majors. I am required to teach a lesson to elementary students, I am nervous because this will be the first time I have ever done anything like this. Ok so here is the thing- my hair isn't straight, but it's not curly.. it's kind of in between. I guess I'd call it wavy. Anyway, if I don't straighten it, it looks like a big frizzy mess, but if I do straighten it, it doesn't look right.. its just kinda tangly and stringy and it doesn't look shiny it just looks bad. Anyone have any suggestions? How can I wear it wavy without it being messy? or straight without it looking bad. thnks!
