I believe George W. Bush will come to recognize that he's been used as a 'patsy' by his own family and their wealthy, powerful friends. The Bush dynasty must continue, and Jeb and Neil just weren't as easily available as W.
W. is nothing more than a spoiled rich kid whose daddy bailed him out of every mess he's ever gotten himself into. George W. was a failed college student, a failed military reservist, a failed businessman, and a failed governor. He was set up to fail at playing President, and his wealthy cronies (who really control our government from behind-the-scenes) dangle him from his puppet strings, telling him what to say, what to do, and how to act. -RKO-

that is exactly the problem...he has never had to be responsible for his actions, Daddy and his friends have always bailed him out(dui, vietnam, failed businesses, and now Iraq).
