I believe George W. Bush will come to recognize that he's been used as a 'patsy' by his own family and their wealthy, powerful friends. The Bush dynasty must continue, and Jeb and Neil just weren't as easily available as W.
W. is nothing more than a spoiled rich kid whose daddy bailed him out of every mess he's ever gotten himself into. George W. was a failed college student, a failed military reservist, a failed businessman, and a failed governor.
