my mom doesnt like the way i dress she says i look like a drug addict lol she says i should be like the other girls...umm NO! never going to happen lol we had a argument about why i dress the way i do. She says i should care about what others think of me and i dont i just wear i want i feel comfertable in cause to me it doesnt matter what others think but to her it matters ALOT. HAHA i want Doc Martens but she says NO but im getting them anyways... we fight all the time ... and so odoes the rest of my family they dont understand me what should i do?!
she doesnt like anything about me she wants me to change everything about myself but its just who i am i tried explaining to her but she just ends up yelling at me :(

I hit a cement barrier going about 40 mph on the passenger side corner of my bumper (98 Civic HX). Bags didn't deploy but the bumper (not the skirt) is shoved up in that corner. I don't know where the sensors are in the front, and I don't know if i try to straighten the bumper out, if it'll set off the bags. HELP!

Okay well I kinda screwed up. By a lot. There's this one kid and I really care about them but I drove them away I guess. How do you start over without confrontation? Like I had a chance with this kid but I messed it up and I really want that chance back. Please no critizing. I don't need your negativity to make me feel worse then I already do. When I married my wife she was a package deal. Daughter and mother in law. Daughter cause she is under age and mother in law cause she is disable. After my wife and I married we bought a home and were taking care of her mom since she really has no one else to look after her or anyone willing to do so.

However I was unfortunetly enough to loose my wife to a fatal car accident. Now I am taking care of her daughter since the dad was never in the picture and also found myself caring for her mom. I do not mind this as they do help around the house and at least I get warm meals and laundry is done, house is clean.

I am still young 37 y/o and eventually would like to start another relationship when I feel ready to move on. My question is , If it was you the one I started to date and presented you with the situation, what reaction should I expect and what could I say to ease the fact that my mother in law lives with me?

I'm in a class called Student Government, and Im in charge of Fundraising. Thing is, we can't sell candy, and food on campus. So that cancels out A LOT of things. We can't do raffles and games of chance, either. We can hardly do anything IN school. What do you guys think that I can do, outside of school? Such as TV tapings and such. Any ideas? Thanks! (:

Please support your opinion, if you can. I have listened to her around twice a week for 6 months, and honestly can't think of anything approaching intelligence that has come out of her mouth. I have a in-law that gets mad @ me everytime something doesnt go her way! I have tendency to try to keep peace so I apologize even when I haven't done anything! Well this is getting REALLY old! Do you think I should just keep apologizing even when I am not in the wrong to keep the peace, or should I just let her stay mad! I've been told by a bunch of people that I really do look like I've lost weight...but my weight has been pretty steady around 160...I have noticed that I've lost a few inches here and there and I've lost a little of the puffiness in my face and some of my clothes fit better now too...so when should I actually start to see the pounds dropping...and not just the inches???
