no it is not right. if he forgave you enough to still be with you then he needs to let it go. you cant just forgive a little, you either forgive and go on or you dont. do not let him do that. you will regret it one day.

Its obvious that he don't trust you.Its your fault at the beginning,but since you guys are together now,i guess he forgive but not forget.You have to gain back the trust,of course its wrong and he doesn't have the right to do that,but is cheating him is right?

When you find it shove it up his ano. HE doesn't own her they are just going together. Besides the voice recorder would be considered invasion of privacy and illegal in most cases. Sounds like a wacky control freak get rid of him!!!
