I have been with my girlfriend for over 5 years. She cheated on me about 3 years ago, and denied it. She came clean about it about 6 months ago and now I don't know what to do. Things are only complicated by the fact that we have a small child. I don't really want to be with anyone else. But I don't know if I can forgive her. I really don't know what to do. If I leave our child would have to split time, but I don't know what I can do. Like I said I don't know how to, or if I can forgive her. Please help.

I really want to run an 8k in about a week and a half. My lungs are in shape, but my shins and calfs hurt and the pain is too much to run with at about 4k. I stretch my calfs well before and after runs, but I don't know of any shin stretches. Soaking in Epsom salts hasn't worked. I've never had any training in the correct posture of running. Is there a place on the web where I could find some good diagrams and videos showing correct posture? Any other quick tips to get rid of this?

1) What is it like to be a patent lawyer
2) what does a typical day look like

Encino, 27, who admitted to deputies at the scene "to drinking a 12-pack of beer earlier in the night," is now facing charges of vehicular homicide and tampering with evidence after the one-car accident that killed Sergio Lopez, 18, and injured Hugo Trejo, 20. An administrative hold was also placed on Encino this week after an agent for the U.S. Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement determined the suspect was in the U.S. illegally. He is being held on $150,000 bond.
