It'd help if you mentioned what language that is, sounds like some sort of French derivative.

Commont za wa? sounds a lot like Comment c'est va? -- How are you?

Sathun, Marriya and Rezon all sound like names. So those could all be follow up questions to "How are you?" "Sathun, you?" Marriya, you?" "Rezon?"
