After Umaga did that thing to that girl... when he slammed his *** to her face. After that the black guy in the crowd was yelling " Do It Again!" You can clearly see him but it took me a couple times to notice it. I thought it was just so funny. Did anyone notice this?

Today my ex asked his crush to talk 2 me about my best friend telling me that she said that I'm trying to ruin his life. And then my ex told my best friend that he wants to hurt me emotionally and then his crush told me that she kissed him and stuff and now there friends with benefits. i noticed strange marks on my upper inner thighs a couple months ago. i didn't think anything of it since they didn't hurt. but they are still there. they look like bid indentations running down my leg (about 5 inches long). they have started to spread to my hip but the marks are not as big there. i haven't been gaining weight so i know they aren't stretch marks. help???

Its not like I care if a girl just talks to my boyfriend... he has this co-worker who clearly wants him if he gave her the chance. I had been working out for about 1 year 5 days a week 2 hours per day.
I didn't seem to gain bulk or alot of strength although I did gain alittle strength.

I also had been taking some supplements,such as Aminos,Creatine and NOS.

Im getting tired of spending money on supplements so if anyone
knows of a good low cost supplement please leave your message.

Im not going to do Steroids cause they cost way to much,illegal and dangerous.

I have two children who will need to be watched for me to attend school. They have never had any babysitters besides family. This is not a option though for this. So I need to find out what are the best places for child care. Like daycare facilities, in-home or babysitter at your house and how is the best way to find good care takers. I am worried about making sure it is someone responsible and caring. Also I have looked into facilities that unless your children go full time. It is very expensive per hour and I am only needing a couple half days per week. Thank you for any advice.
