The key is spacing out your workouts to avoid overtraining and taking in plenty of protein before and after (within 30 min) of workouts. As for a good, cheap, healthy supplement? You're in luck. It's free and available everywhere. Water. Tons of water.

You were doing wrong things. Listen to me
1. 3 days a week
2. 45 mnts a day
3. Heavy weights and less reps
4. Workout so intense that you will collapse at the 45 mnts end.
5. Most important workouts are Squat, Bench Press and Dead lift. Arrange it in a way that one item comes in a day. eg. First day - Squat and other related exercises, Second day - Bench press and other related exercises, Third day - Dead lift and other related exercises. (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
6. Rest is very important. Body builds when you rest. Take a complete 2 weeks rest before you start 'my system'. Your body must be in a dilapidated condition now.
7. Drink plenty of water
8. A multi vitamin-mineral + protein supplement is enough.
9. Take rest after the workout and eat a carbohydrate rich food.
10. Buy or download (from P2P networks) the book "Train Smart".
Remember
Muscle build only while body is at rest.
It is a good idea to do a thorough medical chek up before you start intense training. It must include Blood pressure, ECG, Cholesterol, Blood routine, Thyroid function test etc... Consult a physician and make sure that your body is ready for an intense workout.

sure it could make you greater previously each and every thing yet ultimately coupled with a solid ingesting plan you would be burning the fat away aswell and finally end up some distance better off. Do basic Bicep curls + Tricep curls go Youtube them for a demo. Any cardio (working, biking, swimming and so on) will help you lose fat and shrink any factors of fat you do in contrast to ultimately.

Try altering your diet to a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. To add bulk, you might try increasing the weight and doing less reps. Do NOT use steroids, the side effects can be terrible!
