However, as for when Jesus Christ comes to judge the earth, the book of Revelation, along with numerous other books in the Bible, provides signs that Christians can watch for to happen. One found in II Thessalonians is about the one who will come against God.
2 Thessalonians 2:4
He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God's temple, proclaiming himself to be God.
