Debating whether to go to hospital or a dentist. Someone give me some advice please.

It all started about 2 months ago with what i thought was a toothache. Developed into Spasms in left side of face and top part of head. Doc gave me tegretol thinking neuralgia, the stuff just hurt me more and didn't work.. My latest pains are spasms on the left side of throat (tonight)and chest pain on left side twice in the past 3 days. Can't sleep because the pain in the tooth keeps coming back, Water seems to soothe the pain a bit in tooth for a little while. Have felt a pressure build up on left side of face, near eye numerous times.

I seriously don't know who to go to or what to do anymore. Do i need a dentist or someone else?

Can anybody solve problem irregular mensuration problem?
i got this answer pls tell me in explaination (Try taking Evening Primrose oil. It oils the machinery so to speak and may just help you regulate. i wanna control my boyfriend's money spending. like anytime he buys something i try to decide if it was worth it or not. he just got an ebay account and i dunno it just aggravates me seeing his purchases. he was saying how broke he is. but then hes buying like a knive belt... why would he need this? and a stungun? i dont even know what that is.. but it looks weird. and he bought me bunny ears to wear... actually i try to control everyones spending habits. i'm very cheap and i only like spending my money on things i know i'm gonna get a lot of use out of. how can i stop worrying about his money/wishing he'd just spend his money on meee?

I have already seen questions from people worried that they cannot buy loads this christmas. I'm in the same boat and have come up with a few ideas; I often spend money on doing something fun e.g. a day out somewhere with friends rather than spending money on a gift, promising time for someone to help them with seomthing they want done, baking and making e.g decorating a cheap frame for a special photo for someone. I wondered what other creative and original ideas people could share with us for those who work hard and love their friends and family, but don't have enough money to go around!

yeah, ok USC is good at football...WOW! I went to college for academics like most of the country. I can't stand all this love for USC when UCLA is obviously academically superior (anyone who argues against this point must be chasing pipe dreams). Plus, UCLA sits in beautiful Westwood and right accross the street from USC (literally 'right accross the street') is the ghetto! This state needs to get its priorities straight- are we looking to promote football in LA or do we want our youth to go to the better school.

PS- UCLA does have 11 basketball championships (USC has none) and 99 NCAA championships (the most in the country)

Not just physically, but your whole personality. I have heard of, and know people who go to boot camp and AIT, and come back very different, some in a not so pleasant way. I'm leaving in a few months for Navy boot camp, and am just curious about changes I can expect. Thank you.
