I have a friend who's named Matt. Matt and I used to talk for hours every night, and every night he'd ask questions like, "what would you do if I kissed you?" One night, he told me flat out that he had a crush on me, and I told him I liked him too. He picked me up for breakfast, and we went out and played pool. but we weren't dating

he's graduated, and I'm a sohpomore. We've been talking again, and last night he said, "I couldn't make a move on you because I have too much respect for you." five minutes later, he said, "when you're 28 and i'm 31, we're gonna go to Las Vegas and get married."

now, I don't actually think we're getting married. he's sending me mixed messages. I'm going to his house to make dinner and watch a movie in a few days. We do date like things and as far as I know, he still has a crush on me and I have a crush on him. he's said many times that the only reason we're not dating is my age.

should I make a make a move, or wait for him to do something?

I just watched a discovery channel on Bin Laden, the US Militery,had film of him walking in a camp, and asked for the rights to bomb, but, he was there with the Prince of Saudia . The Princes father,the King had an arms deal with the US for $4 billion dollars. They refused to give the command, because the Saudi Prince may be kiled, and his father shut the deal down. Now my question is not, why did we pick money over this one time oppertunity,to take him out, because what he did on 9/11, cost us a lot more than $4 billion dollars.
My question is: If the King of Saudi has a son, visiting Bin Laden, days before they arms deal is made, isn't there a chance that those very same weapons, could be sold to Bin Ladin, and does it not show, that this king, has some sort of personal interest with him,

I've read articles where he claims to be "Deep Throat".
However, I've also read articles that dispute his claims. Some of the timelines presented by detractors make sense when compared with the events chronicled in "All the President's Men".
I've read an article where Woodward confirmed Felt's story in Vanity Fair.
But, I could see Woodward going along with this as Felt at the time was 91& ailing.
Will we ever know for sure?

I was recently rear ended by another driver on a slippery road.
The person who hit me reported the accident to State Farm and I did the same.
I spoke to them and they were very helpful and suggested that if I wanted to settle sooner as opposed to later I could.
They arranged for my car to be repaired and a rental car and offered to cover all medical bills and associated items.

In the accident my neck and left arm were injured and my 3 year old was brusied up and very scared as well.

My car received minor damage considering the nature of the impact.

My question is this how much would be considered a fair settlement amount?
