I just watched a discovery channel on Bin Laden, the US Militery, had film of him walking in a camp, and asked for the rights to bomb, but, he was there with the Prince of Saudia . The Princes father, the King had an arms deal with the US for $4 billion dollars. They refused to give the command, because the Saudi Prince may be kiled, and his father shut the deal down. Now my question is not, why did we pick money over this one time oppertunity,to take him out, because what he did on 9/11, cost us a lot more than $4 billion dollars.
My question is: If the King of Saudi has a son, visiting Bin Laden, days before they arms deal is made, isn't there a chance that those very same weapons, could be sold to Bin Ladin, and does it not show, that this king, has some sort of personal interest with him,

The arms trade is a very tangled web.
In Afghanistan, the Taliban is fighting the NATO forces with arms supplied by the American government. Needless to say, since Osama BinLadin is affiliated with these Taliban, he too is using American made arms.
During the Iraq/Iran wars, the Iranis used American armament so America supplied the Iraqis with intelligence and weapons.

Bin Ladin is a Saudi with a lot of support in his homeland. It is reasonable to assume that much of this support is financial. There's little doubt that Osama has access to American arms through this channel and others.....like Pakistan.

Many of the American military actions have basically been a case of America putting out fires that they started.

That's what happens when you're a world power and what were perceived as allied governments eventually change.

I guess the best example of that is when the Shah ruled Iran. They had one of the best supplied armed force in the middle east. When the Shah was deposed by supporters of the Ayatollah Khomeini and became enemies of the USA, they didn't give back the weapons.

I hope that helps

I am pretty sure we have a couple of bases in Iraq. If would have attacked them, we would loose a lot of strategic area. We would also have to start driving electric cars tomorrow, OPEC would shut production down. Bin Laden is from a wealthy family with close ties to the Saudi government. He was disowned by his family in 1994 and had his citizenship revoked. The United States needs Saudi Arabia as an Ally and Saudi Arabia needs to keep Bin Laden as an enemy.

Check your facts, there are 2 videos like that, I'm not sure which you are referring to so I'll comment on both of them. In one Bin laden is seen walking around with a group of people and the order to not shoot was given...by President Clinton, long before 9/11 happened, In another a tall middle eastern man is seen with a group of people and the decision was made to not shoot because no one was sure if it was him or not.

the Taliban never offed up bin laden. Afghanistan did but the president didn't want him, Oh yeah did I mention that was President Clinton after the 1993 bombing of the world trade center.

Yes However, we have allowed the Saudi's to get away with hitting the Towers on 9/11 and the Bush's have been linked to business deals with the Bin Laden family. We don't mess with the Saudi's because of the oil, and we in turn protect them.

Sure - even the most cursory of investigation into the long ties between the Bush family, the royal Saud family and the bin Laden family, (and even Nazi Germany and G.H.W.'s dad) should give rise to serious questions as to the dubiousness of the relationships.

I as soon as had a buddy who became very nearly me. Once after we had been sitting on the fringe of a swimming pool, she crammed the palm of her hand with a few water and held it earlier than me and stated this: "You see this water cautiously contained in my hand?" It symbolizes love. "This is how I noticed it. As lengthy as you preserve your hand caringly open and permit it to stay there, it is going to be there. However when you try to near your arms round it, it is going to spill via the primary cracks it reveals." This is the finest ppl do after they meet love. Try to own it, assume it, call for it, and it simply spills just like the water out of your hand. If there are men and women you're keen on, permit them to be loose beings. Give and do not assume. Advice however do not order. Ask, however by no means call for. It would sound sensible however this can be a lesson that can take a life-time to real train. It is the name of the game of real love. To real Practice it , you need to definitely consider no expectancies from the ones you're keen on, and but an unconditional worrying" Life is lovely, reside it. If you're keen on anything, permit it cross. If it comes again to you, with out you having to plead or beg, then its yours eternally. If it does not then it used to be by no means supposed to be"

I'll give you one more... not many ppl are aware of this because it was held back from national news. I caught it on PBS's The Newshour and never forgot it then later looked it up in their archives of interviews.

The Taliban offered to hand over B.Laden on Sept 18 &19th, 2001 as long as they could receive international recognition. Now that part sounds bad but they believed by making this anti-terrorists move, they could rid themselves of terrorism... much like other Islamic nations are doing exactly now.

Bush was quoted as responding, "No deals. Hand him over or else." Now I ask you, is that a leader? No negotiation. Not a moment to consider it? Instead just go kill, kill, kill.

Most of the people that hijacked the planes that ran into the trade center were Saudis!

The truth is it's very dangerous to know everything about our government & its decision making process. Dangerous to our government & dangerous to our false sense of everything's a-okay in America. We've chosen money over lives so often it seems to be our native custom.
